It has taken two attempts to find out why the check engine light keeps coming on with loss of power. Wyatt at the service desk has been there through every step, patient, gives updates frequently. When the service representative finally told me what was wrong, he told me that it would be another hour and a half to put my truck back together (after already waiting 4+ hours for a diagnosis) a few minutes later I took a phone call and noticed my truck was sitting in yhe parking lot. I asked a different service representative about this. Turns out my truck had been ready. Still took way to long to check out as I heard them ordering their lunch. I think that the communication there at the dealership needs a great deal of improvement.. I dropped my vehicle off there a little after 9 AM. And didn't get it back until just about 5:30 p.m. i feel an update on the work being done somewhere through the day wouldn't have been too unreasonable.. I tried on two different occasions to reach someone in the service department for an update without any success.And I left a message for someone to call me which I never received.

The communication from the service department is absent, once again after our car was stuck in service for 2 weeks we have to bring it back because it wasn’t fixed properly. We have benefit of doubt after the last horrible experience and after this time we certainly won’t be back and certainly won’t recommend this dealership to anyone to purchase from or get service at.
